Crackfiller is a blend of oils, resins, polymers, plasticizers and
asphalt cement that's designed to seal and fill cracks in asphalt
and concrete pavement.
Our process involves cleaning the crack of debris and excess
moisture, blowing foreign materials from crack with air compressor,
then the crack filler must be heated to the recommended application
temperature by using a tar kettle or direct fire melter. Using a
pour pot or hose we then apply the crack filler to crack and fill to
level of pavement. The material must cool to ambient temperature
before area may be open to to traffic.
